We guarantee a relatively constant color, flavor and acidity of our juices throughout the year. To achieve this, different varieties of fruit must be mixed, which requires extensive knowledge of the different origins and varieties on the market. Between January and June, the fruits come mainly from southern Europe and North Africa and are delivered directly from their production areas. During the second half of the year, they come from Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and South Africa, arriving from ports in Rotterdam and Marseille before being sent on to our workshops.
